GPPD Level
Guam's Plan for Professional Development or GPPD is a rating system used by Public Health to define the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies of all Early Childhood Professionals. College courses, Early Childhood trainings, Certifications and experience caring and educating children are all assessed to determine one's GPPD Level.
- Entry Level: Early Childhood Assistant Provider (Pre-certification to Level 4)
- Intermediate Level A: Early Childhood Lead Provider (Pre-certification to Level 4)
- Intermediate Level B: Early Childhood Master Provicer
- Advanced Level: Early Childhood Assistant Director/ Early Childhood Director (Pre-certification to Level 4)

- Director
- Assistant Director
- Acting Assistant Director
- Closing Supervisor
- Curriculm Coordinator
- Lead Teacher
- Teacher's Assistant
- Floating Teacher's Assistant
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Posseses a High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass an FBI background check
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
Requirements after job offer:
- Court Clearance
- Police clearance
- Medical clearance
- Institutional Health Certificate
- College transcipts (if claiming college credits), Copy of High school Diploma, and Certificates of Completion for any ECE training
